Buffalo cauliflower

Although this buffalo cauliflower isn't traditional Christmas Day food, but I love it and I hope you will too. I found this recipe on the PETA website and adapted it to my own tastes. Feel free to do the same

 Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes  Yield: 4 servings  Ingredients:  1 Head of cauliflower  1 cup of Vegan milk  1 cup of Flour  2 tsp Garlic powder  1 cup of Buffalo or chilli hot sauce  1 tbsp Vegan butter melted  2 tbsp Vegan bleu cheese dressing     Method:  1. Preheat the oven to 160C  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower head  3. Mix the flour, garlic powder and the milk (I used Alpro Almond Coconut)  4. Coat the cauliflower in the mixture and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown  5. While they are cooking, mix the melted butter and chilli sauce  6. Take the cauliflower out and pour the sauce over and place it back in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes  7. Then take out of the oven and drizzle the vegan bleu cheese dressing over - I used Follow Your Heart   Serve and enjoy
