Earlier in the year I went to a London Fashion Week event and I was sat there thinking, why am I watching these non vegan designers showcase their pieces?! How good would it be to see an all vegan line up at a fashion show? And low and behold, I was lucky enough to get to go to this amazing all vegan fashion showcase.
Denim shorts, denim dresses, denim skirts, denim jackets, denim handbags, denim shoes and of course a trusty pair of jeans. I feel like denim is one fashion trend that the world will never get sick of and thankfully, neither will I. Just as well as this trend just seems to come around over and over again.
I've always thought I was a conscious and responsible person. I never thought that my purchases could possibly affect the health of the planet or the lives of others, even more so since going vegan. But after Fashion Revolution Week, I started to take a deeper look at the impact of my actions and how buying into Fast Fashion affects the planet.
